Refund policy
At CashCow Luxury Clothing Suite, all items are made to order to maintain our standard of quality and craftmanship. For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved , we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing ,color preference , or buyer's remorse.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
